Pillar 1: Youth Shooting Sports
Youth are able to learn gun safety, build confidence and practice team building skills by participating in Junior Rifle, Junior Trap and Youth Sporting Clay programs.
We use shooting sports to teach skills such as RESPONSIBILITY, ACTIVE LISTENING, EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION and PERSEVERANCE.
Pillar 2: Honoring our Veterans
Shoot for Success is currently honoring our Nation's Veterans by raising capital to provide a home to a Veteran in a new Manufactured Home Community in Lebanon, PA.
Located just 4.6 miles from the local VA Hospital, the community Magnolia Place of Lebanon is a perfect location ease the strain of long travel for appointments.

Pillar 3: Training Tomorrow's Leaders Today
Shoot for Success provides opportunities for youth aged 11-18 to be introduced to and participate in shooting sports. Young men and women are introduced to the basic elements of safety, education, enjoyment and competition.
While working on their firearm safety and skills, they are working on responsibility, leadership and communication skills- training tomorrow's leaders today.
Our board is committed to encouraging boys and girls to become young men and women of character. They are a group of local business owners, entrepreneurs and active community members who volunteer their time to promote positive growth in young people.
